Tangles of wire crisscross the streets of Kathmandu like a canopy of Christmas-lights: wire strands, thick as basketballs or thin as a spaghetti noodles tremble in the Nepali breeze.
Shops and people scurry about in this foothill town where layers of dirt and dust compete for space on temple walls and vendor’s wares.
In the evening, beautiful shadows of color drape the city in the sun’s waning glow.
Check out photos of Kathmandu and stay tuned for photos for the Himalayas. They’re on deck for a cameo.
